We are seeking a professional and client-oriented HR Officer to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, providing tailored HR services and ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting their business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory services to clients across various industries.
- Prepare, review, and manage HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and employee records.
- Support clients with HR administration including payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist clients in performance management, employee relations, and HR development.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients regarding HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused, organized, and able to handle multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
