Assist superiors in grasping the human resources situation
Manage labour contracts, handle employment and termination procedures as well as employee salary and attendance settlement;
Prepare and analyze all kinds of personnel statistics reports, provide human resource services (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, terminations), file management, attendance management, organization management, etc.;
Formulate recruitment rules and regulations;
Help to establish positive employee relations, coordinate the relationship between employees and management, and organize various activities of employees;
Assist superiors in implementing various rules and regulations of the company
Assist superiors in completing the annual assessment of employees;
Maintain communication with the supervisor in headquarters, complete reports of daily work and sudden occurrences
Requirements:
About five years of HR-related experience
Intermediate level of Mandarin(HSK4) and above, fluent in English
Possess public relations skills and strong organisational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution ability and resilience
