Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring all HR processes run effectively and in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Handle recruitment & selection activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, updates, claims, and compliance.
  • Handle WLK & WLP processes in accordance with Manpower regulations.
  • Develop, review, and implement Peraturan Perusahaan (PP), ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor law and company needs.
  • Act as the main PIC for industrial relations, employee discipline, and HR-related issues.
  • Design and maintain the organizational structure and organizational chart, aligned with business growth.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the HR department/team, ensuring strong HR governance and execution.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and department heads.
  • Ensure all HR documentation, contracts, and policies are properly managed and up to date.
  • Communicate effectively in English at a business/professional level, including reporting and coordination with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in HR, with experience at HR Manager level preferred
  • Proven experience in creating and handling Peraturan Perusahaan (PP)
  • Hands-on experience managing BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), WLK, and WLP
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
  • Experience leading an HR team and managing HR operations for a company with 80 employees
  • Fluent in English (business level) both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work full WFO in Sudirman
