Overview, develop and implement HR functions and initiatives tailored to support HR factory operational functions, including employee database, HRIS, recruitment & training activities
Execute, monitor and ensure the implementation of company's policy & procedures, code of conduct and good corporate government
Maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders, including external stakeholders such as communities and government. As bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develop and maintain positive employee relations with labor union by promoting open communication channels, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution
Monitor and ensure the condition of assets and make improvements and or repair if necessary.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or any related major from reputable university.
At least 7-10 years of experience as HR manager, with specific experience in food manufacturing or plant environments.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and collective bargaining practices.
Proficiency in HR systems and software, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willing to be placed in Cilegon factory and travel to other factory sites regularly
