Responsibilities:
- Safety - Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and promote a zero-accident culture.
- Volume - Achieve production targets in terms of output volume according to the production plan.
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) - Monitor and improve OEE by optimizing availability, performance, and quality.
- Quality - Ensure all products meet quality standards and minimize defects or rework.
- Cost Efficiency - Control production costs and continuously seek efficiency improvements.
- Manpower Management - Manage workforce allocation, productivity, and competency development of operators.
- Maintenance Coordination - Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance productivity and performance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Safety And Environment manage Production
- Min 5 years in Production Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WCM / Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Proven track record in leading and managing production teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Experience in implementing OEE improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good understanding of quality management systems and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and EHS practices in industrial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
The position will be placed in one of our site at Cikande, Banten.
