Manufacturing Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
• Develop and implement Manufacturing Excellence strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement projects
• Coach and mentor team members on CI methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and improvement impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with strong exposure to continuous improvement
• Proven track record in leading improvement projects and delivering measurable results
• Certified in Lean / Six Sigma (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
