Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Assist in standardizing processes and ensuring adherence to operational best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to improve performance
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Participate in problem-solving activities and root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
