Job Description

  • Recruitment - Handle end to end recruitment and selection process including the onboarding processes
  • Talent Management & Employee Relations - Guiding management on employee relations and performance management
  • Payroll - Performs a number of review duties within the payroll process including: payroll close, payroll distribution, attendance tracking and calculations. Additionally may review and recommend payroll adjustments as needed
  • Workforce Management - Capability in building a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion and collaboration among employees
  • HR Policy & Administrative - Improving, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures including managing HRIS data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Preferably with financial institutions/financial technologies background.
  • Must have experience in handling general HR matters such as recruitment, general affair, compensation & benefit, industrial relations and training development.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Indonesia
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge and experience HRIS systems, Time and Attendance System, MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) and Google environment a plus.
