The HR Executive is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources department. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee
relations, and providing training and development opportunities. The HR Executive also works closely with the HR Director and other senior executives to ensure that the company&aposs HR practices are aligned with its overall business goals.
