Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunter, North Jakarta, Indonesia for a Human Resources Executive. The responsibilities will include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and facilitating HR management strategies to support organizational goals. The HR Executive will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations with the ability to streamline processes and manage HR systems effectively.
• Strong background in Employee Relations and the development and implementation of HR Policies to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources fundamentals and practices to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is advantageous.
