We're Hiring: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Pasuruan, East Java (On-site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll, HR administration, and employee data with high accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution
- Act as the key point of control for attendance data integrity and payroll validation
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HRIS and Employee Central (EC), supporting reliable workforce analytics
- Support the execution and monitoring of performance management cycles and related HR processes
- Manage BPJS Social Security administration, including registration, updates, audits, and statutory reporting
- Oversee employee income tax (PPh 21) calculations and reporting in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Monitor employment agreements and HR practices to ensure alignment with labor laws and corporate standards
- Coordinate and manage private health insurance programs to support employee well-being
- Prepare HR reports and insights to support management decision-making and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory (written and verbal comprehension)
- Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Solid background in HR operations, payroll, or compensation & benefits
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and taxation (PPh 21)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable preparing reports and presentations
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work on-site in Pasuruan, East Java
