Job Description
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management or related major
- Min 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Having experience in B2B distribution/ retail/ consumer goods companies is an advantage
- Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement
- Strong analytical and creative thinking
- Good in English, both written and speaking
- Willing to travel if needed
- Willing to be placed at Puri Indah, West Jakarta
