Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all Bali-based positions, ensuring SLA targets are met.
- Build and maintain a local talent pipeline in Bali.
- Plan, organize, and execute HR-related events in Bali (e.g., onboarding, team building).
- Act as a strategic Business Partner for Bali management and employees.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Address industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle all routine 'Business as Usual' (BaU) HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field with 3-5 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of Bali&aposs labor market
- Experience with managing and fostering company culture
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Bali
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with high initiative
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
