Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Human Resources Executive to manage and execute the end-to-end HR function for team. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and payroll processing. The HR Executive will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee database and HR records.
  • Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., BPJS, tax filings, leave entitlements).
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate statutory compliance related to payroll (BPJS, income tax, etc.).
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements.

4. Performance & Engagement

  • Support performance management process (goal setting, reviews, feedback sessions).
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest initiatives to improve retention.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
  • Maintain records of learning and development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
