We are looking for a versatile Human Resources Executive to manage and execute the end-to-end HR function for team. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and payroll processing. The HR Executive will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee database and HR records.
- Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations (e.g., BPJS, tax filings, leave entitlements).
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Coordinate statutory compliance related to payroll (BPJS, income tax, etc.).
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements.
4. Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management process (goal setting, reviews, feedback sessions).
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest initiatives to improve retention.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Maintain records of learning and development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
