We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focusedHR Adminto support our growing team. This role is responsible for recruitment administration, employee records, payroll coordination, and general HR operations..
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle end-to-end recruitment administration (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
-Maintain employee data, contracts, and HR documents
-Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, and leave records
-Manage employee administration (BPJS, leave, resignations, documents)
-Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communication
-Assist with general office and HR-related administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience in HR Admin / HR Generalist role
-Basic knowledge of payroll, BPJS, and labor regulations in Indonesia (e.g. UU Ketenagakerjaan)
-Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential data
-Good communication skills, fluent in English
-Tech savvy. Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
