We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliableHR Adminto supporta group of companiesunder one management. This role will handle HR administration across several business units, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, employee records, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle end-to-end recruitment administration (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
-Maintain employee data, contracts, and HR documents
-Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, and leave records
-Manage employee administration (BPJS, leave, resignations, documents)
-Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communication
-Assist with general office and HR-related administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience in HR Admin / HR Generalist role
-Basic knowledge of payroll, BPJS, and labor regulations in Indonesia (e.g. UU Ketenagakerjaan)
-Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential data
-Good communication skills, fluent in English
-Tech savvy. Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
