Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of goods from pick-up to customer drop-off
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments
  • Safeguard each delivery to minimize the risk of lost or damaged packages
  • Monitor all transactions at the Hub
  • Supervise inbound and outbound activities
  • Train and develop staff performance at the Hub

Requirements

  • Possess a High School/Vocational School diploma, Associates degree, or Bachelors degree in any field
  • Have 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator, particularly in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
  • Experienced in Last Mile / First Mile operations
  • Understand the entire process of planning, shipping, and warehousing
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Based in and willing to be assigned according to the location stated in the job title
