HSE Mandarin Translator

We are looking for a Mandarin Translator to join our HSE Department. This role supports effective communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the HSE team, ensuring accuracy in both verbal and written translation. The position also assists with translating HSE-related documents, interpreting during safety meetings or field inspections, and coordinating communication to support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Having experience in mining is a plus

Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Proven experience in providing administrative support.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Willingness to be based in South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HSE Department for smooth daily operations.
• Translate HSE documents (manuals, SOPs, internal memos, training materials) between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Interpret during meetings, briefings, training, inspections, and on-site discussions.
• Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and presentations in both languages with accuracy.
• Organize and maintain safety documentation in line with company policies and regulations.
• Support HSE projects, audits, and risk assessments with translation and interpretation
