MANDARIN TRANSLATOR (Mining Industry)

We are looking for a Mandarin Translator to support our Head of Mining Engineering (KTT). This role facilitates clear and accurate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the KTT, both in verbal and written form. The position is responsible for translating mining-related documents, interpreting during technical meetings, site inspections, and regulatory discussions, as well as coordinating communication to ensure compliance with mining, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Having experience in mining is a plus

Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Proven experience in providing administrative support.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Willingness to be based in South Kalimantan.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support for the Safety Department.
• Act as an interpreter during meetings, presentations, safety briefings, training, inspections, and field discussions.
• Translate and prepare safety documents (SOPs, work instructions, manuals, reports) in line with company standards and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between the Mining Technical Head, foreign experts, and local teams.
• Support the team in monitoring safety compliance and ensure clear understanding for all employees.
• Prepare regular reports related to translation and administrative activities.
