At PT Indexim Coalindo, we believe that sustainable mining starts with empowering the communities around us. Were looking for a dedicated CSR Specialist to support and elevate our community development programs.
What Youll Be Doing
- As part of our CSR & Security team, youll play a vital role in:
- Coordinating annual planning and budgeting for PPM (Community Development) programs aligned with RKAB.
- Monitoring and evaluating field implementation of CSR initiatives.
- Preparing key documents: Social Mapping, PPM Master Plan, Sustainability Reports.
- Managing CSR administration, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years in Community Development (mining industry background is a strong plus).
- Bachelor&aposs degree in any discipline.
- Strong in MS Office, data analysis, and visual presentations.
- Knowledge of CSR frameworks (ISO 26000, ESG, SDGs) & PPM regulations (Blueprint, RKAB).
- Excellent communication skills and digital literacy (social media familiarity is a bonus).
