Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health and Environmental Engineer
Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at least 3 years experience, preferably in the plantations/agribusiness sector is a plus point,
Having leadership in planning management, man/team management, initiative, and responsibility
Having experience and good skills on implementation and monitoring of EHS Program
Certified on Public AK3 (SMK3 Auditor prioritize)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Develop, Implement, and Monitoring EHS Program
Conduct ergonomic supervision, monitoring employee health checks up and sanitation activities in the work environment.
Implement, Monitoring, and Supervising the activities of the P2K3 emergency response team and their reporting
Monitoring of waste, wastewater, air emissions and hazardous materials
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (national and international)
Conduct internal audits and supervision of all company units.
Coordinating with external vendors/consultant/DEPNAKER for the implementation of K3
Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly report of EHS Programs
