Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, transfer, promotion, separation of local employees in Indonesia, as well as labor contract and personnel file management.

2.Maintain employee relations.

3.Strictly comply with Indonesian labor regulations, handle attendance, overtime, leave, labor disputes and other related matters.

4.Office administration & general affairs: procurement of office supplies, asset inventory, environmental hygiene, security and fire protection management.

5.Liaise with government affairs.

6.Complete other HR & administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.

2.At least 2 years of experience as an HRGA or in a comprehensive HR management role is

preferred.

3.Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and local HR practices; experience in multinational

corporations or cross-border business support is advantageous.

4.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to a multicultural

environment.

5.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
