Job Description

Job Description:

Act as a strategic partner to operational teams in managing manpower planning (replacement, expansion, and optimization)
Oversee and maintain employee database (HRIS, mutation tracking, facility mapping)
Handle industrial relations (IR) matters, including employee cases and dispute resolution
Drive mid-management hiring fulfillment in collaboration with recruiters
Partner with training teams to evaluate and develop internal talent pipelines
Ensure alignment between business needs and HR strategies across multiple locations
Oversee operational facilities within assigned regions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (strongly preferred)
1-2 years of experience in HRBP / Industrial Relations
Strong understanding of labor law and employee relations practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple locations
Willing to be based in Baguala (Maluku) and cover Maluku & Papua areas
Local candidates are highly preferred for better regional understanding
