Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
  • Manage visa processing for new visas and renewals.
  • Handle leave processing, including approvals and tracking.
  • Coordinate air ticket bookings for business travel.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with visa regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and employee services.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll and employee services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll processing and employee services.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Experience in handling visa processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
