What You'll Be Doing

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and organize candidate database sheets
• Communicate with candidates in a clear and friendly manner
• Assist in employer branding, performance, operations and other initiatives
• Help address HR-related inquiries and requests from the BU

Who We Are Looking For

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace and administrative tasks
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and eager to learn

Period: May–August 2026

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2x WFO per week)
