Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Operations
- Deliver day-to-day HR operational services in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, contract administration, employee data changes, resignations, and terminations.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR administration and documentation.
Payroll & Statutory Coordination
- Coordinate payroll processing with internal payroll teams.
- Oversee statutory compliance including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other local labor requirements.
- Review payroll and statutory reports for accuracy prior to submission.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on HR operational matters.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Provide clear explanations and guidance to clients regarding HR processes, policies, and local labor practices.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR processes comply with Indonesian labor law and statutory regulations.
- Identify potential compliance risks and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR, payroll, and statutory matters.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare Payroll Reports for clients.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Track service delivery metrics and client deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum [1-2] years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or HR outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and statutory requirements.
- Experience handling payroll.
- Client-facing experience is highly preferred.

- Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
