Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update an internal database of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews prior to scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Perform comprehensive background checks on candidates.
  • Provide support and complete all relevant administrative tasks.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Monitor and follow up on contract renewals and probation appraisals with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the social media account of HR to sustain and enhance audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in psychology, with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 year(s) experience in the same field (preferable)
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Fluent in english (listening & speaking)
  • Familiar with psychological testing, assessment tools
  • Familiar with BEI interview method
  • Have positive attitude & able to withstand under pressure
  • Have critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good in time management & target oriented
