Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR Operations administrative task
  • - Process monthly payroll (collect, verify, and input payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions)
  • - Administer employee benefits, Medical claim, medical insurance, BPJS, and related documentation
  • - Maintain and update accurate 201 employee files (physical & digital)
  • - Manage expatriate documentation (KITAS, IMTA, visa, SKTT, RPTKA, etc.)
  • - Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners
  • - Support internal HR projects, employee engagement programs, and audits
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
