Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including Manpower Planning (MPP), sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding, and new employee orientation, ensuring manpower needs are fulfilled effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Manage recruitment channels, candidate sourcing, interview and selection processes, and recruitment reporting, while ensuring a positive candidate's experience and alignment with the company's workforce needs.
  • Build and strengthen the organization's talent pipeline through structured workforce planning, development programs, and succession strategies that prepare employees for promotion and internal mobility.
  • Manage performance management and employee development activities, including performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, individual development plans, and identification of training needs to support employee productivity and competency development.
  • Oversee HR operations and administration, including employee records, HRIS, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts appropriately.
  • Support HR planning and organizational initiatives, including HR budget, manpower reporting, policy and process improvement, and other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in human resource management/ psychology/law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English (oral and written).
  • At least 7 Years of Human Resource working experience and having 2 years in managerial role.
  • Having knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc).
  • Having knowledge in labor laws and other related HR regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Excellent in data administration, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java, with flexibility to travel to Subang as required.
