HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced and strategic to lead and strengthen our people operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role will play a critical part in driving compensation strategy, payroll accuracy, talent development, employee relations, and general affairs operations while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation, Benefits & Incentives
- Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal frameworks and monitor goal achievement.
- Participate in designing competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive schemes aligned with market benchmarks.
2. Payroll Management
- Oversee monthly payroll processes, including salary approval, payroll calculation, and tax reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments in compliance with regulations.
3. Learning, Development & Employee Engagement
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture, core values, and cross-team collaboration.
- Lead capability development and knowledge management through structured training programs.
4. Employee & Labor Relations
- Establish and maintain employee dispute response mechanisms to minimize legal and operational risks.
- Support management in handling labor disputes and employee relations matters.
5. General Affairs & Procurement
- Optimize GA policies, standards, and SOPs, ensuring effective daily supervision and execution.
- Manage and control administrative and procurement expenses to ensure budget efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR managerial role, preferably in fintech or multifinance industries.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, labor relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
- Results-oriented, highly self-driven, data-driven, and structured in problem-solving.
- High integrity, open-minded, proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
