Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HR Manager to join our team on-site at our Setiabudi office. The HR Manager will lead and oversee HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include strategizing HR policies, managing talent acquisition processes, implementing employee development programs, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role requires collaboration with management to align human resources strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR best practices including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning.
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution.
• Familiarity with compliance, labor laws, and employee benefits management.
• Strong organizational, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills.
• Excellent Communication and Critical Thinking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR Manager role or similar position.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
