Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support organizational goals and company culture
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees
Oversee employee relations and ensure a harmonious working environment, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and compliance with labor laws
Plan and execute employee training and development programs, including technical, soft skills, and language training (e.g., English and Mandarin), to enhance workforce competency and readiness
Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing (monthly and prorated), salary benchmarking, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, income tax (PPh 21) calculation, and other employee benefits
Lead performance appraisal cycles and career development planning, ensuring regular feedback and evaluation aligned with KPIs and competency frameworks
Manage General Affairs (GA) operations, including office facilities, utilities, company assets, company vehicles, vendor/supplier coordination, building maintenance, and procurement of general office supplies
Handle employee grievances, exit interviews, and industrial relations matters, ensuring all actions comply with applicable labor laws and company policies
Oversee legal and regulatory HR documents, including preparation and filing of employment contracts, warning letters, and required documentation for audits and inspections
Manage company licensing and legal administration, including KITAS/visa for expatriates (if applicable), and coordinate with external legal or government agencies when needed
Continuously improve HR & GA systems and procedures, including HRIS implementation and alignment with best practices in the industry
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations practices, and HR compliance regulations
Strong knowledge in payroll systems, BPJS, tax regulations (PPh 21), and HRIS implementation
Excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage and coach a team effectively
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage across all levels of the organization
Minimum experience in the automotive industry is required, with knowledge of its unique HR challenges and dynamics
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
