Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bandung at one of the textile companies. The human resources manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role includes developing HR policies and procedures, conducting employee training, managing employee benefits programs, organization development, HR daily operations strategy, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR activities. The HR Manager will also collaborate with other departments to develop strategies that support the companys business objectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor&aposs degree from a reputable university.
• 10 years and more experience in the human resources and general affairs position in the manufacturing company.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a must.
• Understands and has expertise in the field of HR initiative programs, organizational development, and generalist positions.
• Someone who lives in Bandung or originally comes from the area, will be an advantage.
• Being good in English will be an advantage.
