PT Baramutiara Prima (a subsidiary of Gunung Sewu Group) is a coal mining company, with 3rd generation Coal Contract of Work (CCoW/PKP2B) located in Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra Province, with head office is in Sequis Tower, Jakarta.
To support our growth, we're currently looking for:
HRGA MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Administration & HRIS, Internal Communications, and Health & Safety coordination.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support corporate goals and regulatory compliance in the coal mining industry.
- Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning with operational needs both at head office and mining site.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance on labor law compliance, dispute resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee training needs analysis (TNA), competency development, and career path planning to build internal capabilities and future leaders.
- Ensure harmonious industrial relations with employees, unions, and external stakeholders, minimizing conflicts and maintaining company reputation.
- Manage HR reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years experience in similar HR field with the last 5 years in Managerial position.
- Proficient in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Familiar with labor regulations and government regulations in mining industry.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of building good relationships with all levels of management and employees.
- Has Experience in mining or energy industry will be advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices in the mining sector.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel.
