Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end compensation & benefits processes (salary structure, allowances, salary adjustments, performance bonuses, and employee-related entitlements
  • Implement employee tax administration (PPH 21), including calculation and reporting
  • Administer health insurance programs (BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, private insurance and other benefit programs)
  • Manage and optimize the HRIS to lead to effective decision-making
  • Initiate and execute performance management cycles (Goal setting, performance tracking and and performance review)
  • Develop, review, and implement HR regulations and company policies aligned with best practices and labor laws
  • Contribute to change management processes in organization development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, human resources, or other related major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Strong expertise in payroll processing, including tax administration (PPH 21)
  • Experience and advanced skills in HRIS and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, sense of confidentiality, and meticulousness
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • License/certification in Brevet or payroll-related will be a value-added.
