HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Essential Functions:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Conduct leadership coaching and development.
• Identify training needs and facilitate programs.
• Support performance management and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, with focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
