OTO.com (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (Indias biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Lead, recruit, and manage the Media Sales team, ensuring target achievement and performance excellence.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients, particularly automotive OEMs, agencies, and main dealers.
Client & Campaign Management:
- Drive media sales revenue by creating and pitching compelling campaigns (leads generation, native content, social media, banner/display ads, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: from brief intake, proposal development, execution, to post-campaign reporting and invoicing.
- Oversee creative production, including branded content and video projects, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
Partnership & Business Development:
- Maintain and grow key partnerships with OEMs and media agencies across Indonesia.
- Identify growth opportunities and introduce innovative advertising products and cross-platform campaign ideas.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets for the media sales division.
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to executive leadership.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in media sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing media sales in the automotive industry / digital agency
- Expertise in digital media, programmatic advertising, social media campaigns, and offline activations.
- Strong network with Indonesias automotive ecosystem including OEMs, ATPMs, and agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
