Job Summary
Leading, Developing, Executing and Managing Sales & Demand Strategy including all day-to-day execution related to the sales & demand strategy for both tenant acquisition (B2C) and corporate housing sales (B2B) across Indonesia with a focus on building long-term, value-based tenant relationships that enable achievement of sales and demands objectives.
Job Scope & Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop, lead, and execute sales & demand strategy aligned with company growth targets.
- Own occupancy, revenue, and demand generation KPIs across all markets.
- Drive both B2C & B2B tenant acquisition
Team Management & Development
- Build, lead, and inspire a multi-city sales team - online and on ground field sales
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to achieve peak performance.
- Establish sales & demand playbooks, training programs, and performance reviews.
Execution & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day sales activities, ensuring fast and consistent funnel conversion
- Build long-term, value-based customer and corporate relationships to increase loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with other related Department/stakeholder to design promotion, campaigns, programs, and or other method of demand acquisition strategy.
- Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and weekly performance business reviews with data-driven insights.
Growth
- Involve in the development of new sales channels as needed (corporate housing partnerships, community partnerships, digital funnels).
- Partner with Product, Operations and other Department/stakeholder to ensure sales strategies align with customer needs and experience.
- Continuously improve conversion strategies and manage execution to maximize occupancy for all Rukita property
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Digital Sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Director/Head/VP sales role within the related industries ex. Real Estate, Property, and or Tech industry.
- Proven track record in B2C customer acquisition
- Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments and background in PropTech, Tech Industry, OTA, or hospitality would be a plus.
- Strong leadership skills: experience building and managing multi-city, high-performing sales teams.
- Proven demonstrated success in delivering occupancy and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), digital sales funnels, and data-driven decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
