Job Description

Position Overview :

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and growing Lintasartas sales function, ensuring strong market presence and revenue growth across the companys core solution pillars: AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Connectivity. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in solution selling, strategic account management, and enterprise business development, while driving a high-performing sales team to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the overall sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive a solution-selling approach, positioning Lintasarta as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
  • Expand market penetration across priority verticals (Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Global Partnerships).

Business Growth & Customer Engagement

  • Build strong executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Identify and secure new revenue streams across enterprise and government clients.
  • Oversee large, complex deal negotiations and ensure profitability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Team Development & Performance

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement pipeline discipline.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align market positioning with solution offerings.
  • Provide market and customer insights to influence product development and business strategy.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure sales alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience in ICT/Technology industries with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in solution selling across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Connectivity solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
