Position Overview :
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and growing Lintasartas sales function, ensuring strong market presence and revenue growth across the companys core solution pillars: AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Connectivity. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in solution selling, strategic account management, and enterprise business development, while driving a high-performing sales team to deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead and manage the overall sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Drive a solution-selling approach, positioning Lintasarta as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
- Expand market penetration across priority verticals (Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Global Partnerships).
Business Growth & Customer Engagement
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Identify and secure new revenue streams across enterprise and government clients.
- Oversee large, complex deal negotiations and ensure profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Team Development & Performance
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
- Establish KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement pipeline discipline.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align market positioning with solution offerings.
- Provide market and customer insights to influence product development and business strategy.
- Work closely with executive leadership to ensure sales alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive sales experience in ICT/Technology industries with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in solution selling across AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Connectivity solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
