We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Management to lead our efforts in building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. This role will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives ensuring that our people strategy aligns with business growth and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Lead initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, agility, and cultural alignment.
- Develop and implement programs for career development, leadership development, and continuous learning to support employee growth.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and create solutions that drive performance and engagement.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and talent pipeline development.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent programs and continuously improve based on insights and outcomes.
- Implement programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Leverage talent data and analytics to inform strategy, identify skill gaps, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management or similar position.
- Proven expertise in driving large-scale human capital transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute and deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
