RESPONSIBILTIES
- Implementation and execution of regional SCM strategy as well as achievement KPI targets
- Oversee Manufacturing Operations across multiple sites, and in multiple SEA countries.
- Establish a Continuous Improvement culture, with a focus on cost savings
- Streamlining manufacturing and logistics processes to maximize efficiency
- Effective regional inventory management, including the reduction of damages and downtimes
- Management of Production and other infrastructure Optimization projects, including CAPEX.
- Management of regional procurement, in close collaboration with global Purchasing teams
- Drive overall Operational Excellence topics across the South East Asia sub region
- Development of effective order consolidation and allocation to production processes.
- Build up the SCM function and capability across South East Asia.
- Define Service Level Agreements for Operations across South East Asia.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification, ideally in Engineering
- Experience running a multi-site, cross border operation with a focus on Manufacturing Operations - Please do not apply if you do not have multi-site, multi country experience.
- At least 10 years comprehensive experience in Logistics, SCM, Production and HSE; with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.
- Experience with strategic topics, such as Lean, Continuous Improvement, process optimization.
