Strategic Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Commercial and BCD (Business & Category
- Development), to align processing capabilities with business goals.
- Translate commercial plans into operational requirements and capabilities.
- Cost Optimization & Process Excellence
- Lead initiatives to reduce operational costs through process improvements, automation, and better
- resource management.
- Identify, develop, and implement best practices to drive productivity and cost efficiency.
- Drive innovation in processing and packaging to enhance product value and unit economics.
BAU Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all processing units, maintaining optimal quality and output
- standards.
- Monitor and improve efficiency metrics such as throughput, yield, waste, and labor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage the unit heads of all Central Processing functions (packing house, central and hub
- kitchens, QA, etc.).
- Build high-performing teams and cultivate a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and
- continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, food processing, or supply chain, with at least 5 years
- in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading multi-functional teams and delivering operational efficiency at scale.
- Experience in F&B, manufacturing or private label production is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners.
