Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and manage end-to-end bancassurance sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners at regional and senior management levels
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and teams to achieve sustainable growth
  • Monitor business performance and resolve operational and partnership issues
  • Execute sales initiatives, campaigns, and business strategies aligned with company targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a senior sales manager at regional or national level in life insurance
  • Proven experience in bancassurance, alternative, or partnership distribution channels
  • Strong understanding of life insurance, financial planning, and banking industry
  • Life Insurance License required; FLMI/AAJI certification is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
