Develop and oversee strategies to ensure efficient outbound distribution processes, ensuring product availability with accurate quantity and timely delivery in line with market demand.
Establish strategies for capacity planning and cost calculation (operational and manpower planning) to improve customer service levels while optimizing costs.
Define inventory management strategies and policies to support improved service levels with optimal inventory costs.
Lead initiatives in productivity improvement and logistics asset management to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Set strategic directions and governance standards for external logistics partners (vendor management) to ensure compliance with established procedures and operational standards.
Drive integration and alignment of logistics functions within outbound operations to ensure seamless and efficient execution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
Minimum 5 years in the field of SCM at a managerial level.
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in Supply Chain Management.
Familiarity with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) standards.
Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
Proficiency in English.
Willing to be placed under PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera.
