They are now looking for a Head of Operations who is excited to roll up their sleeves and help the company scale building strong foundations while driving execution. As Head of Operations, youll be at the center of their growth journey by ensuring all branches run seamlessly, patients have the best possible experience, and the teams are set up for success. Youll balance strategy and execution: designing scalable processes, building operational discipline, and making fast, pragmatic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Develop KPIs and monitor performance across patient satisfaction, operational metrics, and financial outcomes.
- Customer Experience: Design and implement strategies to deliver a best-in-class patient journey across touchpoints, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage end-to-end supply chain for medical and non-medical supplies, ensuring cost efficiency, reliability, and quality of inventory.
- Standardization & Scalability: Build and implement SOPs, workflows, and systems to support consistent, scalable operations.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop clinic managers and operational teams to build strong, patient-first leadership at all levels.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and clinical governance standards.
- Growth Enablement: Partner with business development and expansion teams to support new clinic launches and market entry strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, finance, HR, and tech teams to align operational execution with strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 812 years of experience in operations, ideally in healthcare, retail, or other multi-site consumer service industries.
- Proven track record of leading multi-site operations and scaling organizations.
- Strong leadership, people management, and organizational development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a strong plus.
- Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to balance patient experience, operational excellence, and financial outcomes.
