Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize our store&aposs operational performance. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all stores, and supporting the companys growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage the annual operational budget, forecast for store expansion, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
  • Design and execute short, mid, and long-term operational strategies aligned with company vision and industry trends.
  • Oversee the implementation of SOPs and achievement of OKRs (sales, COGS, store ratings, customer satisfaction, audits) across all stores through Operation Managers.
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize workflows for higher productivity.
  • Partner with Site Development and Project Teams to ensure smooth and successful new store openings (pre-opening, soft opening, grand opening).
  • Work with Growth/Brand Teams to execute promotional strategies and ensure brand consistency across all stores.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control/Assurance Teams to maintain product quality standards.
  • Partner with Human Resources Teams to ensure effective workforce planning, recruitment, and training aligned with operational needs.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 810 years of proven experience as a Head of Operations.
  • Strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, particularly in fast-food restaurant operations, is highly prioritized.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, and implementing operational strategies, managing OKRs, plus preparing performance reports.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, and manage multiple store operations effectively.
  • Solid understanding of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and business acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, food safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, and drive performance toward business goals.
  • Critical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
