We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize our store&aposs operational performance. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all stores, and supporting the companys growth and expansion plans.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the annual operational budget, forecast for store expansion, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
- Design and execute short, mid, and long-term operational strategies aligned with company vision and industry trends.
- Oversee the implementation of SOPs and achievement of OKRs (sales, COGS, store ratings, customer satisfaction, audits) across all stores through Operation Managers.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize workflows for higher productivity.
- Partner with Site Development and Project Teams to ensure smooth and successful new store openings (pre-opening, soft opening, grand opening).
- Work with Growth/Brand Teams to execute promotional strategies and ensure brand consistency across all stores.
- Collaborate with Quality Control/Assurance Teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Partner with Human Resources Teams to ensure effective workforce planning, recruitment, and training aligned with operational needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Management, Business, or a related field.
- 810 years of proven experience as a Head of Operations.
- Strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, particularly in fast-food restaurant operations, is highly prioritized.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, and implementing operational strategies, managing OKRs, plus preparing performance reports.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, and manage multiple store operations effectively.
- Solid understanding of F&B industry trends, market dynamics, and business acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, food safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, and drive performance toward business goals.
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
