Job Description

The Head of Marketing at Ultra Voucher plays a critical role in accelerating brand growth, driving voucher adoption, and supporting revenue targets across B2C and B2B segments. As Ultra Voucher operates in the highly competitive digital voucher and gift card ecosystem, strong marketing leadership is required to differentiate the brand, educate the market, and convert awareness into transactions.

This position is justified by the need to:

  • Build Ultra Voucher as a top-of-mind digital gift card & voucher platform in Indonesia.
  • Drive transaction volume and GMV growth through integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Support B2B partnerships, corporate gifting, and merchant acquisition with structured go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across online channels, offline activations, and partner touchpoints.
  • Optimize marketing investments across performance, branding, and experiential activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market plans for voucher and gift card products.
  • Manage and evaluate marketing performance, budgets, and ROI.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and repeat transactions through digital and offline channels. (MMP Knowledge is required)
  • Oversee offline activations (OOH, booths, events) and ensure effective onlineoffline integration.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and external vendors to support revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Typically 710+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media algorithms, and content marketing strategy.
  • Ability to manage P&L (Profit and Loss) and translate marketing data into financial business impact for executive reporting.
  • Proven experience scaling a brand, managing significant budgets, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • A high degree of adaptability to pivot strategies based on market shifts or data insights.
