About the Role
We are seeking a modern B2B Marketing Leader with strong commercial instincts to lead our Sales & Marketing division. This role requires someone who understands enterprise software sales: long deal cycles, technical buyers, solution-based selling, and building pipeline with limited brand awareness.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — you will be responsible for building brand visibility in a competitive B2B software market, generating qualified enterprise leads, aligning marketing and sales performance, and deliveringmeasurablebusinessimpact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and structure the marketing and sales organization across Indonesia and international markets.
- Build brand visibility through professional campaigns, thought leadership, and consistent digital presence.
- Align marketing and sales activities to deliver qualified pipeline, measurable conversion, and revenue growth.
- Develop CRM discipline, content strategy, and campaign analytics for continuous optimization.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives, customer engagement, and partnerships that position Commsult as a credible enterprise software brand.
- Report and collaborate directly with the CMO to align commercial strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B software marketing and sales.
- Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns, brand communication, and inbound lead generation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and balancing creative with commercial goals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise decision processes and solution-based selling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- International experience or regional exposure is a strong advantage.
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with measurable targets (leads, pipeline, revenue).
- Willing to work from office (BSD, Kab. tangerang) and travel to Germany if required.
