Head of Marketing Consumer Health & Nutritionals (International Market)

We&aposre searching for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and brand strategy for our Over-the-Counter (OTC), Consumer Health, and Nutritionals portfolio for International/Global Market.

What You&aposll Do

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end marketing and brand strategies for our OTC, Consumer Health, and Nutritionals product categories.
  2. Brand Equity & Positioning: Drive initiatives to significantly enhance brand equity, strengthen market positioning, and improve brand awareness across all relevant segments.
  3. Brand Development & Growth: Lead the full lifecycle of brand development, from conception to market launch and sustained growth, ensuring consistency and strong market penetration.
  4. Consumer Insights: Leverage deep consumer insights and market data to identify new opportunities, anticipate market trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  5. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, R&D, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and product launches.
  7. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
  8. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies based on data.

What You&aposll Bring

  1. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a significant portion dedicated to consumer goods, pharmaceuticals (OTC), or the health and nutrition industry.
  2. Very strong strategic marketing concept and execution capabilities, with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies.
  3. Demonstrable success in driving brand awareness and market share growth for multiple product lines.
  4. Deep understanding of the International consumer health market is highly preferred.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  8. Placement: East Jakarta
