Head of Marketing Consumer Health & Nutritionals (International Market)
We&aposre searching for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and brand strategy for our Over-the-Counter (OTC), Consumer Health, and Nutritionals portfolio for International/Global Market.
What You&aposll Do
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end marketing and brand strategies for our OTC, Consumer Health, and Nutritionals product categories.
- Brand Equity & Positioning: Drive initiatives to significantly enhance brand equity, strengthen market positioning, and improve brand awareness across all relevant segments.
- Brand Development & Growth: Lead the full lifecycle of brand development, from conception to market launch and sustained growth, ensuring consistency and strong market penetration.
- Consumer Insights: Leverage deep consumer insights and market data to identify new opportunities, anticipate market trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, R&D, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies based on data.
What You&aposll Bring
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a significant portion dedicated to consumer goods, pharmaceuticals (OTC), or the health and nutrition industry.
- Very strong strategic marketing concept and execution capabilities, with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Demonstrable success in driving brand awareness and market share growth for multiple product lines.
- Deep understanding of the International consumer health market is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
